I agree. CoD got so old after MW2 came out. To this day I get bored after 15 mins of playing it. They keep releasing the same game over and over again with new gun skins and a couple of new gadgets.
 
I am sure you have a Birmingham accent there, a guy I would play on Xbox Live with from there sounds very similar to you. I haven't played on MW3 in a while now (hooked on Skyrim) but I do enjoy it when I get on it although I am more a casual gamer and only play online now and then.
