Almost 2 Week (RPM)

SlenderMan

I'M WATCHING YOU
Tomorrow is 2 weeks I've been fully partnered in RPMNetwork and still not getting a dashboard link. I hope RPM will give me a link to access dashboard.

It took me a month to get mine. You'll get it, don't worry.
1 Month? You kidding me? Oh well, at least, I have Youtube analytics, It can show the earnings too but I think RPM Dashboard has more things than Youtube Analytics.

They were on an extreme backlog when I signed up, they might be on one again. I never once saw my earnings on the RPM Dashboard in several months.

I got mine within 2 weeks , dont worry it shall come. Also dont use Internet Explorer in the dashboard as it does not support it!

Is "we've signed too many partners to keep up with the demand for dashboard access" really a justifiable excuse?

I think it is more they have a manual process of sending dashboard invites. They should have automated it so every time they invite a partner to their CMS it also sends them a dashboard email 10 minutes after they have linked their channel to the CMS.

Their amount of support is too small for the number of channels they partner... but at the same time they probably can't afford to have enough because the channels on average are small enough to not pay for more.

I guess that's kinda my point. The company actively turned off YouTube analytics in favor of a third party dashboard. They then claim a backlog because they signed too many small channels and don't have the staff (like you said, not worth it for the volume of small channels) to handle the load. It's a real first world problem.

Just not sure people should be wandering around saying "give them time". They put themselves in this position.
