Yup it's a network meant specifically for chosen big Youtube users! Smosh being the BIGGEST! Here are some-
-Smosh (And all its other-accounts, eg-SmoshGames, ShutUP Cartoons)

-cleeverTV etc...
It has over 102 channels under it.

Those are ones matched with Content_ID

Back on topic, it`s a media/talent group that also works with TV stars, They don`t tend to work with just partnering channels.
But instead taking a small % of a big channel`s revenue in return for branding deals, loans of equipment, studios etc
