I want to apply for fullscrean partnership. Should I wait to get 500 subscribers and 1000 daily views?
Right now I`m at arround 300subs and 600views/day.

And one more thing I got a video that Matched third-party content (audio), can I keep the video or should I remove it.

You may have to remove the matched content videos.

Fullscreen accepts 750+ daily views (but if your content is good may make an exception for slightly lower providing your account is in good standing, and you have no horribly inappropriate content like adult material etc)
