AdSense issue

So, I have a YouTube channel, mostly gaming related and it is partnered with Vultra.
I went through all the steps, everything is perfect, I can monetize my videos, but there seems to be a problem setting up an Adsense account. Every time I try to associate an Adsense account with my channel, I get an error "not eligible for this feature". Even though I can claim my videos and put ads on them. I'm supposed to receive my payment on the 15th of September on my PayPal account, but I don't know if that's gonna work since Adsense is being an a-hole.
I am also 100% clueless about that kinda stuff, so any help would be appreciated.

First off does your network use adsense? The reason you may not be able to link it is because it is linked through something else that your network uses.

In my experience most networks use paypal to pay their partners.
 
I think that you don't need to have an adsense account, the network post the ads for you. At least this is how my network works.
 
there is no need to put adsense on your videos if your channel has sorted that part for you, which they probably have!
