So I waited to exceed the $100 payment threshold before switching over to creator x from Adsense. Now about 3 weeks later they lowered my unpaid earnings to $98.84, so they will not send me a payment now. I'm not sure how I can correct this, does anybody have an answer?
 
ah, that sucks >< I'm pretty sure youtube/adsense will take forever to get back to you, if at all. I think your best bet would be to monetize another channel (if you have one) or on your website (if you have one) then hope to exceed the payment threshold.

Never mind, I found my answer...
 
Here is what their help page says:

If your account meets all the requirements to receive a final payment:






Select the checkbox to confirm that you have understood the information that we’ve provided, including the AdSense Terms and Conditions.
  1. Click Continue. A cancellation request email with a link is sent to your contact email address.
If your account does not meet all the requirements to receive a final payment...
  • and your account balance is less than the cancellation threshold:
  • and your account balance is greater than the cancellation threshold:
    1. Fix the issues listed in the "Requirements" section.
      You must fix the issues that are listed here. It's not possible for you to cancel your account and not be paid your outstanding earnings.

so it looks like you're going to get your earnings then, yay :]
