AdSense, bank account info, monthly earnings and stuff...

I hope I'm in the right place so... here's what's up.
1.) Recently I've opened AdSense account because it was required to join the network (Machinima). Everything went fine, but I'm just wondering, is it necessary to put the bank account info (IBAN/BIC) or not? I'm asking this because today I officially became a partner with Machinima and I thought that they'll put their own info because it's hosted account. Maybe it's stupid question, but I'm just not familiar with these stuff Btw, I currently have about 26€ on hold.
2.) Is there any way for monitoring earnings I'm getting day by day or will I just have to wait for them to send the money?

3.) This is not so important, but I want to ask : if I change the location (country) on my Youtube channel, will it affect those monetization settings or anything about partnership? I chose Germany because Serbia (my country) isn't on the monetization list and I was unable to turn the monetization on without changing the location. So, now when it's turned on, can I re-select Serbia again or should I leave it like it is now?

Did you not give Machinima your paypal details or whatever?
You don`t need to fill in Adsense, they pay you not adsense

I don`t think they have a dashboard, so you wait for them to send you the money, maybe they have emailed earnings reports?

Sure, you don`t monetize with a network so you`re fine

They activated my account this morning but it still says 0.00$ at earnings so far. Maybe they need more time to update?
