Is it a mistake to have the standard in-stream ads disabled?

Right now I only have the overlay and trueview ads enabled. Is this going to hurt my revenue? What settings does everyone else have?

standard in view have the highest CPMs BUT I would recommend not putting them on, having to wait throught a 30 second ad just pisses people off and makes at lot of people click away!!
 
That was what I was thinking too. I just wanted to make sure there were not significant drops in average cpm by not using these. From what I understand around $2-3 is a fairly common average cpm and I wanted to know if this can be achieved with out standard inview ads.

Well in the network I`m in atm , overview have a $2CPM (as of today) , trueview has 4.36$CPM and overview has a 7.64$ CPM so it is rather large but if only 40% of your viewers are going to watch the whole thing....
