Acoustic Acapella: Prayer of the Refugee by Rise Against

Nice job as usual. hey I was wondering how did you record the beat using the back of the guitar. i tried before but turned out bad. Thinking of doing something like that on my upcoming project. Thanks in advance!

Thanks bud! And I just lay the guitar flat with the strings facing up and find the part that has the most bass sound to it. I then hit it with the palm of my hand a few times and listen back to choose the best sound. If you're interested, I use a ring on my thumb and hit it against the guitar near the pick up area for the higher, snappy sound!
