Dost it speaketh the truth? Am I Youtube Partner? Or does that mean I'm being reviewed or summat like that?

Everyone that monetizes content is now regarded as a youtube partner so yes you are.

As soon as you monetize one video you are a partner.

Your a what I call a first tier partner, people that monetize their videos.
Then there is the 2nd tier or proper partners with networks and youtube and such.

I don't think so I didn't have it but it wouldn't really matter since youtube's new layout basically took the buttons out and allowed you to create tabs on your banner

The Youtube partnership was scrapped in 2012. You're known as a User-partner. I became a partner before the YouTube partner scheme was scrapped in 2012, so I'm known as a Legacy Partner.

No, you have to be "a real partner" (with a network) otherwise everyone on here would probably have it
