A struggling group gaming channel, we need feedback!

So our group channel has been going for over two months and we currently have 38 subscribers, but we think we're struggling compared to other gaming channels. We upload everyday and play a variety of games such as Dead space 3, Call of duty, Skyrim, Fifa, and much much more. We also have a first episode of a Rayman 3 HD 100% let's play attempt about to be uploaded. So please leave us some honest feedback as we really need to know what we're doing right and wrong.

I would suggest also play games that are NOT already posted by every other gaming channel and not done to death as well (IE CoD). Try some other shooters out there to mix things up! :)

I know my own channel is Doom centric but it is not all Doom. I have some Tribes: Ascend, Doom 3, Just Cause 2, Doom 64, etc.

We play games like Roblox, Synergy, cortex command etc, to try and play different games to other channels. But we try to offer as much variety as possible so we may play games other channels do.
