a quick question please answer?

You don`t need monetization to be enabled although some networks may ask you to enable it when they need you to, but you can`t be partnered if your adsense has been disabled...

Not if your Adsense is permantly disabled such as : Keemstar`s (owner of DramaAlertNation and permanently banned from Google`s services for charging for partnerships with his scam-network))

Gahhh Woah, I just hope that people on here wont be scamming people like that, and will lose their accounts based off of copyrights.

If you enabled Monetization already yes you need to associate an Adsense account. If you never enabled Monetization then you don't need to enable it in the first place (Some require it to be enabled as stated above).

Associating an Adsense account is the last step to approve your Monetization :)
 
so i enabled monetization on a really old channel now i have this channel how do i check that my adsense is not permanantley disable and that i can get partnership easy as 123 abc
