It changes nothing, he always can flag my videos. I got 4 strikes and my channel is already deleted.[DOUBLEPOST=1394846176,1394844588][/DOUBLEPOST]And I can not disputed anything.[DOUBLEPOST=1394851510][/DOUBLEPOST]I saw the guys are all in the same network, can a network release strikes sent by their partners ? If so, I need to contact the network and explain that the guys filed false DMCA complaints....

No, an MCN cannot do that.
 
Do you know if the guy will be penalized (account suspended) or not, if I prove he sent deliberately unsubstantiated takedown requests ?

Eh.. it rarely happens. Unless you meet the watch time criteria then there's no way to report such a thing. :p

I didn't say they didn't; I said it happens very rarely so don't get your hopes up that they'll terminate the abuser.
