A few questions from my mind

Hello to everyone. Lately I ended up with alot of questions, that need to be answered. It will be wonderfull if atleast some of them get answered.
1. Is it necessary to have a partnership in order to receive money?
2. What are the ways of receiving money? Is it possible to receive them in bank account? Becouse I am living in Bulgaria and I guest they wouldn't be able to send the money to me.
I hope that somebody will be able to help me, becouse I don't wonna lose time and resourses and miss the chance of making a few bucks. Thanks too all of you who are willing to help!

I created a google+ account and connected with my YT. I activated the commercials on some of my videos. But I can't find this AdSense thing. Wrehe should I look for it?

Start by heading here: http://www.youtube.com/account_monetization
There should then be a page for Adsense Association?
Click that and you should be directed to Adsense, were you can create an account and it will link automatically :)
