700 subs and 20k views

I've been busy and inactive the past 3 weeks on my channel due to work and scrapping a video idea after a week of planning it. But almost done my latest video. During those 3 weeks of inactivity I somehow gained 70 subs and passed my 20k milestone on views.. Excited to get back and get my channel rolling.

Thanks for support. I didn't wanna start a new thread, but my last video did really well. I past the 800 milestone and still going strong. I got a new microphone and it's made a massive difference!

Nice. Just like me, you got 1 video which has like 1/4 all your views . I quickly checked your channel. You're not optimizing your tags and descriptions properly. I think you would be growing a lot more if you did. Other than that, keep it up

For tags :
- Use compound tags of 2-6 words long rather than single words.
- Make sure your title is included in the tags
- Get Tubebuddy and research your tags, as well as look at other tags of other successful videos similar to yours
- Maximize and use all the space available

Descriptions:
- Copy your title on the first line of the descriptions
- Write 200-300 words describing your videos using as many of tags that you used
- Remember you're writing your descriptions mostly for Youtube (at least the first part)

Feel free to use my channel as an example. Don't be lazy with your tags and descriptions. The extra 5-30 minutes or whatever you spend on these is worth it, and you'll get faster over time.
