Hi, I can meat all of these requirements, but I am 15. So, first I would like to ask, What system are you using? I'm using a PS4. Next, is about age: I am 15, But I am very mature for my age, i can take some jokes (Will probably just ignore it and move on) I do live in america. And soon (By Christmas time) should have a PS Camera/Blue snowball Mic/Sony Vegas/Elgato Capture card. If you don't have a Ps4, I can do some graphics and help you, if you just mention me/Help me grow. (Collab or not if you wish
