Yeah just contact support and get it changed. Have you already linked your channel and everything with them? or have you only signed the contract so far?

after you apply they try to contact you back and sort out your channel within 2 weeks (they pride themselves on their fast support) and to change your paypal you need to email the support, I believe someone has already posted this email above 
If you have already signed the contract and received the final copy then keep on look out for an email which has a link, this link will be a link to youtube, where you will have to accept that you give maker studios access to your account and you want to accept their invite to their network after you've done this the features will unlock within seconds to 24 hours

support took a couple of days to reply to my email about getting access to their forum dashboard.. it just matters how busy they are
can take up to 2 weeks to get a reply.. but this is still a fast reply to for a network! especially one thats growing

Well before you get your dashboard you will next get an email linking rpm to your youtube, then a few days after that you will receive dashboard etc. It can take time so just be patient, they are busy but they haven't forgotten about you
