17000 Views 37 Sub

It seems to me like it could be how youre doing different bands rather than sticking to just one and finding people interested in listening to different bands regularly could be harder than focusing on one band. Looking at your channel and video release times etc it could either be that above and youre struggling within the niche or promoting it to the right people is hard for you and thus the lack of subscribers. Are you promoting regularly outside of YouTube and regularly within the YouTube community?

agreed, focus on a little of bands. then when ya get more subs, u can branch out

Thanks guys, I see and agree to your point ;-) I like the diversity of my work tough, my wanted niche is to film live bands performing in Dublin and Ireland.. Traffic on YT is doing quite well these days (1500 views a week) and subs are developing slowly but surely.. I used mostly FB for promotion but that's not the best for me, so I decided for more exposure and engagement on online forums. Im not fully aware of all the available tools for online promotion but one never stops learning. I'm gonna start a blog illustrating my learning curve for each video I've made, this will be my next step, but there again I will have to learn how to get it out there and get the audience engaging.. Its a long road! Thanks again for your advice!

There's nothing wrong with that to me, to tell you the truth. I was using a site called growsocials.com for subs, but was finding I was getting like 40 subs a day and 3 views. I clicked through the channels on there looking for comedy channels to sub to, and I remember seeing one guy who had like 1,200 subs and 350 views. It's nice getting subscribers, and you should have more, probably, but it's not worth having them if they don't actually watch your videos.
