True. But I don't do this for subs, I do it cuz I enjoy it.to bad you own none of this footage so its more like a swing, hit but foul ball.
posting other people content unedited? im confused.True. But I don't do this for subs, I do it cuz I enjoy it.
Excuse me...? Look at the other videos? They take time, finding all the content and putting it together. Not too mention using a tuner and a piano to find the notes, whether they're harmony or octave unison or background. Finding what the note is when it's a harmony? If it's in chest or head voice? Difference between whistle and falsetto? Determining their voice type? Making the video itself aesthetically pleasing to the eye? I do it cuz I enjoy it and I learn a few things as well every new video -- I never knew this would get this many views, I did it cuz because I knew she has been struggling with that note. She's attempted about 4 times and every time she didn't come close. When Demi did hit it, it was a shocker, so I wanted to show everyone else. I posted it out of sheer pride and happiness for her that she's improving.. -_-posting other people content unedited? im confused.
I just felt a bit offended, not sure if you intended too, but the way it was written sorta got to me. I've just been interested in vocal types and what not, evident in my other videos. But, like I said, my intentions were good and I didn't upload this because I wanted views, and I didn't mean to make this a whole legal deal, I saw a bunch of other people doing so I presumed it was alright since I'm not partnered.i never said i cared or will ever care what you do with it, my point is you saying this "But I don't do this for subs, I do it cuz I enjoy it." , to post someone elses content, is to grab their audience a.k.a fans, and you saying you enjoy it is borderline irrelevant, i can upload edited clips of any bodies content and say "I enjoyed it" of course i did, i knew it would get me views. Also on that note, i wont argue with you if you misunderstand me or if you completely understand me and feel offended by what i say, my main call on it is...at least edit the footage , make her say something by splicing two clips together, that is fair use, but using a direct clip with words placed above it? especially a live performance, through a tv broadcasted point of view? that is not fair use, look it up on google, even if you have 100% with out a doubt proof that it no legal action can be taken, the company will take down the video for 72 hours just for the hell of it and then cause you to re upload it, then if the artist or actor feels like you portrait them in a bad way, you can be sued for malicious intent, which is legal and can last for 2-3 months in a court room, but in your case , the judge watching the clip and deciding to go in their favor, leading to a lawsuit and a demand that you shut down the video and in this case the accusing lawyer will say "They also have more of these", which would lead to a termination of your channel and a 25 thousand image framing charge. I am all in for fun, but dont try to act like its justified.
I am not trying to be right, im trying to protect you, but if you feel i should stop, i wont respond after this.
ah well sorry for the little hurt, my fault, i word things incorrectly sometimes, an yea i fully understand, but 90% of youtube is people uploading new album leaks for the public, its not legal, it sure as hell aint fair use, but many get away with it.I just felt a bit offended, not sure if you intended too, but the way it was written sorta got to me. I suppose, and it's alright. I'll look into it more. I guess it would've been better to use the audio only.ah well sorry for the little hurt, my fault, i word things incorrectly sometimes, an yea i fully understand, but 90% of youtube is people uploading new album leaks for the public, its not legal, it sure as hell aint fair use, but many get away with it.
