It can take a while for it to update. You also got to remember that not every one of those views was monetized. If the video got shared onto a website, ads may have not appeared. They may have came from mobile, and majority of mobile views don't show ads.
From the looks of it, the views were not on YouTube itself. 1,200+ views, but only 1 rating... There's your answer right there. The views most likely came from a third party site, therefor ads were not shown.
If you're looking to make money from YouTube, you're not going to make much, and it's going to be a waste of your time tracking down how much money you're making from a video. Make videos because you like to, and have fun, not because you make money from it.
