I watch a lot of haul videos from people (partner and non-partners) that do these sort of videos and I thought if you just list out the products that are being shown in the video and disclaim that you aren't being paid to say your opinion then it should be fine? My sister is a makeup artists and she watches a lot of tutorials and they can't do a video without saying the makeup products that they're using. Or am I missing something?

Theres loads of hauls from partners, theyre only showing the products they bought, god if this is what copyright has come to we all might as well not bother 
Lets not use any damn product in any video and see how much of a dent that puts in their pockets. I wouldnt care personally, its not like youre spoiling business for them.

You may be right, I dunno, I've personally heard a few people say hat if you have products in your videos you could lose your account and encouraging people to blur them out if they have any in the video. But I'm not an authority on this at all so I really have no idea if it's an issue or not. I know I didn't want to chance it, so in my pepsi video I peeled the label off the bottle just in case. May you should just do some research and see what you find out, or just not worry about it lolReally?
