Well, of course you CAN upload anything. I could upload a video of me eating cereal all day. If you want attention, you need more substantial content. Just a 10 second clip of nothing with music won't attract any form of audience. You need to put more effort into your videos. If you have videos with more work into them, like some skits you claimed to have, promote those. Give a strong first impression. That's the key to success on YouTube!
