Congratulations, Colin! I absolutely love your channel. For someone like me, who struggles to cook and tries to make recipes, a real chef with real tips who isn't making dishes that are insanely complicated is just terrific. You deserve (and I expect you'll get) many more subscribers very soon.

Congratulations on hitting those triple digits man. That's a pretty lucky break that you got there. Best of luck going forward with your channel and using that to the best of your advantage
