It took me 2 years, 9 months and 24 days to reach the 10.000 subs.
I so far have 2.250.000 views. This means that every 225. viewer decided to subscribe to my channel.
Only 1.9% of my views come from subscribers so I'm not that much dependent on them, but on the other side they are very important because when I upload a new video, I instantly get the first 400 views through them, so I can rise faster in the search results.
My big goal is 100.000 subscribers. Considering, that I only get 500 subs per month, this will still need a loooooong time, if my channel doesn't suddenly explode for some reason.
