Why would add sense do this to me SOS

My YouTube channel was doing great for the year no problems. I have another channel that was doing well so I went to monetize it. They told me i can add two channels on my one add sense account. Next thing you know add sense tells me I have to delete one add sense account to keep the other. I never made two add sense accounts all I tried to do was connect a youtube channel to an existing add sense.

SO I clicked I deleted the account even though it never existed now they say it will take 2 weeks to put up my add sense again? Why would they do this? I was following the new monetization guidelines? SOS This is so depressing.
