Why (probably) automating and suggested tags don't work.

I have read in another post here for Rapidtags and I gave it a try as a free service.
I made some queries and watched the results. They were good but not good enough.
As far as I can tell (with not much experience on the subject) the results were generic.
Not variable word endings, similar etc. It is not Rapidtags fault, or TubeBuddy's etc.
It is not a matter "which service is better" it is a matter of creatively manipulating the words / phrases.

I find it difficult a machine or bot to generate associative rather than similar words and meanings.

What are your thoughts?

I had a look at Rapidtags and brought back the same as TubeBuddy so they must be using the same pool/algo
