could u give me some feedback what i can improve and whats bad about my videos?

here are the analytics too;
the turtle one: basically after second 4 there's a 10% drop off how would yall write that script and edit that short?
the animal rescue one: id say this one is decent it got 10k views and only got me 5 new subs and it does make sense. i think if the swipe rate was a bit higher it could probs get to 100k views because the avd is 106%. but what yall think and same question how would yall write that script and edit that short?
