Which Youtube Network(s) do you recommend?

I recommend Fullscreen, they have a massive audio library for all their partners to use which I find exceptionally useful, most people struggle finding music they can use in their videos without issues and they have over 350k tracks and sound effects you can choose from. Their support is also great too.

Really though you should be looking at the various networks out there and seeing what you will gain through being with them, they all offer different perks, contract lengths etc and you can only make the best decision for yourself.
 
I'm partnered with Socialblade (RPM network) they're amazing imo, they give you full access to audiomirco and you don't have to pay for the songs (royalty free music website), you get really fast support times, all partner features (dashboard and analytics included) and they have their own forums where you can post your videos and get really good feedback :) they also do partner spotlights on their main channel to help you get out there more :)
(P.S. you only need 2.5k average views every 30 days to apply and if you have that you are pretty much guaranteed partnership)

It isnt an all inclusive list, it is a list of ones that were known of at that time. If you want one added send me it and I can add it to it, I may post an updated list myself as a sticky at some point so if you know of any new ones to include feel free to send me them.

Can you add Vultra to it? Vultra is bigger than some of the networks in that list :p
You should also consider some other ones like YDL or Viso or Atomic partners ;)
