When do you get the "schedule" option?

Wait i am partnered and everything and each and everytime i upload my videos i dont see that option.

anytime :') I found it by total accident when I wanted to make a video unlisted for my friend to see an animated I made :)

If you could check out my channel if you like gaming and maybe throw me a few likes and maybe a sub (only if you like my videos and like gaming) that would be awesome! :D

lol man nice find! now all i gotta do is to look for what is and how to batch render on sony vegas! :-)
