What kind of channel do you have and what inspired you to start?

Hey everyone! I am really just wanting to make friends and have positivity in my life. I'm sure you all would like some too! So tell me what your channel is all about and why you joined! Let's make his a huge community of positivity and friendship!!
 
My channel is a little bit of everything lol :p It will mostly be vlogs once i am back to school in a week or so. I started it just for fun, I love doing it :) And it seems like a good way to meet new people
 
I have a gaming channel! I started it because I needed a new hobby that I would enjoy and feel like I was doing productive things! I saw other people doing it a long long time ago, so I finally jumped in!
 
I used to upload really dumb videos to Facebook occasionally, just for fun. Figured I'd might as well start up a YouTube channel just as a place to dump all the dumb, silly videos I was making. As time went on it just kind of evolved and mutated into what it is today.
**edit: oh and its a sketch comedy channel.

I have a pet channel that I run for an animal shelter. I wanted to see if I could make money for the shelter by making videos using all the footage I have from making adoption videos of the cats and dogs. I'm not sure if inspired is the right word, but I thought I could do it because I had a simple video of my own dogs go semi-viral. Now I know that success was just pure luck. YouTube is really hard.

Yeah YouTube is hard! What you are doing is so awesome!! :) it's a great way to support your local shelter! Keep it up!
 
Our channel is a little bit of everything as well! We love vlogging and doing covers the most though :) Love the idea of positivity and making friends too! Great post
 
My channel aims to bring the fine art of jesting to the internet, reimagined. The purpose of my channel is to bring joy, laughter, and lighthearted comedy (with some inspiration mixed in) to a world that so desperately needs it.

I started my channel just after Daniel Kyre from Cyndago committed suicide. If you remember how depressed everyone was at the loss of a great Youtuber and a friend, I wanted to take that same energy and use it in something that may help people avoid that dark road. One person who I can sincerely call a friend told me my videos helped him through high school and problems at home.

I'm a kind and generous soul, so if I'm in a position to help a friend, I will.

That is so so awesome! That's what it should be all about! Helping others through the gifts we were given! Keep it up and bring joy to everyone
