Advertise your channel and videos but dont beg for views OR put a gazillion tags in your description 
With advertise i mean that yu can post in on FaceBook or Twitter Send it to friends ( Like mentioned above) But like i said: DONT BEG FOR VIEWS OR SUBS That will make yu look to desperate and then pples will just ignore ya
