Your confidence, your video and audio quality are essential tools for YT VIDEOS. Also writing attractive titles, detailed description and correct tags can help your videos reach any goal. CATCHY THUMBNAILS are most clicked.
I think the most important thing is passion. It doesn't matter how fancy your camera/editing is - what matters the most is that you LOVE doing it (or at least this is my opinion).
I think, if I coupd pick two things, it would be confidence and persistence.
Confidence can always be worked on. Every YouTuber starts to see a difference in their confidence from their first video to their latest video. Just takes some time.
Persistence is key if you want to continue to grow. Can't give up when things start to get hard!
Couldn't agree more with confidence, passion and motivation. Nobody else is gonna push you to make videos but yourself. You need to love what you're doing and just enjoy the journey while you grow more and more with each video you make.
Patience. Two years after my first upload before I became partnered, then three years from it before I finally hit 1,000 subs. It's definitely something to be in for the long haul.
