What Are Triggers Which Turn You Off From Channels/Videos?

Personally, I dislike channel names that have all caps "HD" in it. "CodGamesHD" and stuff like that almost always turns me away. I don't see the point in it at all haha. I also generally get turned off from a video when the title isn't capitalized. Since it's the title of the video, I generally feel it should be capitalized like a movie or book title. For example - "Minecraft episode 1 - enter the nether". It doesn't have to follow the rules precisely, but some capitalization makes it looks that much better to me. Maybe I'm a bit more picky than most haha. What are some of your pet peeves about channel and video names?

I watch GFX videos and I hate when someone puts : amazing, sick, epic, awesome in the title especially if I check it ou and it's terrible.
Also I hate when someone puts like : The #1 minecraft player as thier channel title... being big headed isnt going to get you anywhere...

I agree fully! There are the big channels out there which can say that because it's literally true, but even that annoys me. It doesn't make me want to check out their content at all.

I agree with these!

I get annoyed when people have too many annotations (that are unnecessary).
When people message my inbox asking me to check out their video -_-.
When people are really cocky in their videos.
When videos are longer than 7 minutes.

I hate it when people put titles that doesn't relate to their videos. It's misleading and it's just another way to get views. I hate that.

To generally put a pet peeve on people's videos, I hate it when they try to get views by lying or misleading someone.

All of the above for videos, but in terms of channels, I hate when the content isn't consistent. Example: I watch a video, it's a hilarious sketch, I subscribe, a week later I find out the guy does tutorials on DIY home projects.
WHAT?!

Honestly, biggest way to lose me as a viewer is bad audio. If I have to keep adjusting my volume, or there's a lot of distortion, it's painful to listen to.

Also:
- Long, awkward pauses in vlogs
- Apologizing or being very passive (this is your own video, people. Be wrong confidently!)
- Homophobic slang (I'm fine with bad language, but...)
- When the video is more than 10% appealing to subscribers, e.g. "Let me know what I should vlog about", "Subscribe, like", etc

oh no, I do that (minus being hilarious). but I try to let people know I do vlogs & product review & sketches and I have separate playlists for each. Is that ok? x_x

Yeah, I personally do not care if someone falls in under more than one genre of youtube. Like if their main thing is gaming, but sometimes does vlogs, etc. etc. I am completely fine with that. It's sad that so many people dislikes this sort of thing.
