What are the BEST and WORST traits of your channel?

Hey everybody! What are the best and worst traits of your channel? What do you have going for you, but is there anything you feel like you really need to work on in order to become better?
Let's talk about it!

For me I think my production quality stands out compared to a lot others I've seen, but I think I really need to work on consistency.

So far I can only think of the downside that my channel is not fun at all, I lack the natural humor when I write my scripts and stuff, I suppose it's because of the language barrier.

I think I have a lot of good material (cute cats and dogs), but they get adopted so I don't have continuity like the channels that own their pets and show them in each video.

I'm trying to make more videos about what goes on at an animal shelter, but it is taking a long time because I have to film entirely different stuff than I usually film at the shelter so I don't have a lot of time to do it. I'm muddling my way through figuring how to edit it. I feel like I have to learn how to make documentary films.

I also have a great audience in the shelter's FB page. However, FB does not show YouTube videos in most of our followers feeds.

Giving the fact that my channel is very small, and doesn't get as much views that I'd like, I can't think of anything good. I know that my commentating, editing skills(I use windows live movie maker), and a lot of other stuff needs tweaking, but hey, I try to say to myself that I have to start from somewhere. I'm not going to lie, it's a lot harder than I thought it was.

The best part is our chemistry together, it's what makes the videos for me. The worst part would probably be our branding. I just can't seem to get our message out there :( . But we can't stop now!

I think every thing needs improvement. The worst part is probably my face cam. IT SUCKS OH MY GOD!!!!

My best trait is consistency. I upload a lot and very frequently. I'd say my worst trait is that most of my content could use some commentary and additional editing to improve the overall entertainment factor. I'm not quite there yet, but I'm working on it :) .
