Videos about lotteries and gambling

Is it legal to post such a videos, especcialy with the link in the description going to lotteries online for example? There are rules about google adwords, but I can't find anything regarding to youtube creator's rules. I see those alike channels everywhere, but is it a stable content or there are risks of losing the videos/channel?

Your video will likely be age restricted you shouldn't look specifically at youtube rules but also look at rules and laws when it comes to gambeling and advertising gambling. You could get caught in legal turmoil if you are found guilty of attempting to advertise to minors for example.

I don´t know if it´s legal or not but I have seen some gambling channels on Youtube and some quite big ones too. I saw a guy with about 10.000 subscribers (if i rember corect) he was palying online casino live on YouTube. His channel had a lot of links to online casinos. Again I don´t know if it´s legal but it´s seen out there, that´s for sure
