Video was removed but I got an email..

A month ago I upload the lyrics of one of Janet's Jackson's songs.

The next thing I knew, Youtube gave me one strike. I never got any strikes before.
I wrote them a letter explaining how their reasons for copyright were unfair and that I gave credit in the video.

Ever since I got that strike, I was disappointed that they did it. So I removed the video since I assumed that they were never going to unblock the video.

Now I checked my email and I received this:

Hello,

We've completed processing your counter notification regarding these video(s):

• the link of my video

This content has been restored unless you have deleted the video(s). Your account will not be penalized.

So I replied back to them asking:

I deleted the video (removed it) because I thought I wasn't going to get it back. But now that you have "completed processing" my counter notification regarding to my Janet Jackson Lyric video..

Can I re-upload the video and not be in trouble for it?

I don't know what to do? Should I re-upload the video.. since they said "This content has been restored unless you have deleted the video(s). Your account will not be penalized."

You should be fine if they've given you the all clear on the same video.

Okay I just reuploaded it and posted their reply to me in the email to prove to them that they gave me permission. Thank you..
