Is there anything in-particular in the gameplay category that people like to watch other people play?
 
Lots of big YouTubers make Happy Wheels videos. They seem to be good at spotting what games are popular and entertaining to watch, although to be honest I think it's the personality and humor added by the commentator that popularises it in that case. What about a game that gives you lots of opportunity to be funny?
