Alright i just got Vegas Pro 11 ......now what lol
Help Please i know the basics I'm trying too figure how to make intros outros more complex
 
Try adding a solid colour from the the Media Generators section, then using basic text from the Titles and Text section on a track above it and using track motion to move it around as you would like it, click the animate button to animate the track motion too, you might also try adding an image to a track as a background image for the intro. Its always best to start with really basic stuff like this.

What resolution are your videos too? It is best to have your intro the same resolution IMO.
