Uploading DJ sets

Hi,

While many people had to face this problem, I still didn't manage to find a solution: Some of the DJ sets stay on air and some are getting a take-down. Anyone knows if there is a way to deal with this issue? Would you say that writing the tracks in the description help, or is it just more "dangerous"? Does it help to write "I don't owe the rights" and mention the Label they are taken from?
Any insights from DJs out there?

You don't own the content, it's straight up copyright infringement. Some content stays up longer than others, some gets monetised by the rightful owners, some gets taken down.
