I work for a traditional television channel. Recently, we started broadcasting on YouTube, but our signal was taken down multiple times for violating the rules. We submitted all the requested documentation, yet our signal continues to be taken down. I need to know how to present all the necessary documentation to prove that we are a television channel that pays all the required copyright fees, so they stop taking down our signal.
