There is google translate, but it is pretty bad. Are you a native speaker? You could try writing them yourself (or let google write them and you edit them).
I live in the PIs too and about 40% of my viewers are here in the Philippines. I have never subtitled my vids, and have had no request for it.

I live in the philippines too and I am german so my concern is to make content in german and english.
From my experience most people here are happy with english language, dont think the people wont understand.
In your videos you can ask for viewers comments about language andthat way get an idea if tagalog is needed BUT theres also cebuano, so half of the population speaks that. Will you do subs for them too?
