Things to do as a mute youtuber?

I currently cannot use a microphone and that got me to thinking as to what kinds of things i can do as such? Im very tired right now but i'll try to explain.
I currently cannot use anything involving volume, at least from my end.
I can do anything really though

What I've gathered from your other topic, is that you are a gamer. I have to say that the lack of voice over on a gaming video is less then ideal. You could focus on compilations that only require some background music. Or gameplay with background music and maybe written tips on the screen.
