Welcome to your 2th comfort zone challenge! The 2th comfort zone challenge is the lay down challenge. You have to find a street where there are a lot of people and lay down on the ground. With your arms behind your head.
Normal: Lay down 30 seconds and then you are free to go.
Hard Mode: Lay down 30 seconds and scream!
The second is probably my favorite challenge of them all. I use this a lot when I'm stuck in my head or when I'm scared about what people will think about me.
