how to make teasers and trailers .. what are these basically and how to make them and what should they contain?

If it's your music that you own the rights to; song by song. You can also upload a full album video as well, but I think song by song will benefit you more.

If it's not your music, and you do not own the rights to it; none. Do not upload videos containing content you do not have the rights/permission to.

You should do it song by song, eg Track 1 (Name), etc. You should also do entire album, in the description add the timestamps for each song for quick skipping, eg 00:10 Intro, 01:35 Track 1 (Name), etc. You will get better exposure in search having more content distribution AND you will provide a full album, you can link from all songs back to the full album (caption: Like what you hear? Click here to listen to the album free!) for example.
