Simple Thumbnail Template

I have seen a lot of people asking for help with thumbnails.

I made a quick and dirty photoshop file with some color effects and titles.
It's really basic but if you need to make thumbs for a vlog, it will help make that quicker.

I had an example image, but it made the file too big, so just paste your stuff under the groups.
