Nah, he means like if you never set monetization up then the network doesn't have to remove your linked adsense account so it takes much less time

I don't know why it happened that fast then. I've been monetized with YouTube and Adsense for a months. I guess it doesn't really matter. I'm just glad I got lucky and didn't have to wait days or weeks on end. I hope the Ponyslayer3's wait isn't a long one.
