Rules for Uploading Karaoke

Can we upload Karaoke as long as it's not monetized, or would we need some kind of permission? The video in my signature is not monetized because I talked to someone from the NHL, and they said any NHL footage can be uploaded but has to be non commercial use. I'm just wondering if the same thing applies for Karaoke. I have a funny a** video of some weird guy a couple years back doing a horrible version of "Charlie Brown".

It still applies with people making covers or using copyrighted content.

You still need permission... but then again, you can still upload it and NOT monetize it... and hopefully you'll be okay.

I could be wrong, though.
