Review of last top 10 travel video

Hello!

I would like a review of everything related to my latest video:

La Palma |Top 10 best places to visit

I tried to make both the title and the thumbnail a bit more clickbaity than usual.
I google translated my information into both german and spanish, in hope of hitting more for ranking SEO. But I am not sure that is how it works.
It's my second video ever with voiceover. The speaking part was done over several attempts, so it's not super perfect.

What I would like reviews.
1. Title and thumbnail
2. SEO
3. Video quality

It's odd. When I edit the video and playback the clips several times, they feel much longer. After 3+ seconds the clips feels dragged out.
As soon as it's uploaded to youtube, it starts feeling short.
