Recent upload stuck or percentage goes up and down

Im going with a glitch in the matrix. The desktop that was giving me issues is my main rig and had no issues until this file. I even tested with a larger file afterwards and it went up without issue.

It was probably a problem with YouTube then.

I had major issues a few weeks ago with upload speeds to Google Drive servers from their "backup and sync" app. I have fibre optic and upload speed of 200 MBs on speedtest but it was taking 20 minutes to upload a 100 Mb file which is ridiculous. I had to open a support ticket and hassle them for weeks to prove to them that it was their servers that was the issue. They eventually fixed it and now the same 100Mb file uploads in about 5 seconds lol. ^^
