you can use personal promotion E.g ask people if theyd be kind enough to post you on their fb and chanels if you sub to them

In all seriousness though, the option above sounds pretty good to me. Could speak to other YouTubers and feature each other in each of your channels?

i personally find its nice to give the option if you sub il sub that way your helping someone else out while you help yourself at least that will get you out there and it will also get someone else out there

Just go to other types of forums ( i've gone to alienware arena forums) and post the link to your video in the "Off topic" category, usually gets a subscriber or two
